Celebrating New Year's at this hotel was a great experience! The room was spacious and clean, with a cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to the beach and with easy access to different parts of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering us a warm welcome to start the year. We also loved the free parking and the amazing view from our balcony.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The bed sheets were clean but looked old and worn-out, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

Our suite at Capital O Veracruz Suites was spacious and provided ample room for relaxation. The location was ideal, with downtown, the aquarium, the beach, and some fantastic dining options within easy reach. The peaceful area made it a perfect retreat.

The hotel is located close to the beach and offers clean and spacious rooms with clean bathrooms. Guests can enjoy friendly staff and available parking in garages. the night guard watches over parked vehicles.
Some guests encountered communication difficulties with staff members who didn't speak English fluently.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, the well-maintained pool, and the spacious rooms with clean toilets. The staff was super friendly and offered excellent hospitality. The hotel's location was perfect as it was close to downtown, the beach, and many eateries. Parking was easily available, and the night guard even watched our camper van on the sidewalk in front of the reception.

Our Thanksgiving stay had its best aspects. the spacious rooms were comfortable and the location near key tourist spots was very convenient. the well-maintained pool was also enjoyable.
On the negative side, the lack of service was the worst aspect. the inefficient front desk staff made us feel unwelcome and requests for cleaning were met with reluctance.
